The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for customer relationships, data maintenance, and building key partnerships within the business to meet established requirements.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) that knows a customer service department top to bottom including keen order entry skills. This is a "hands on" position. At Alleguard, our CSR will participate in entering customer orders, act as a customer liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face, doing so with accuracy and efficiency. WASTEWATER ENGINEER (STARLINK)
SpaceX is developing a low-latency, broadband internet system to meet the needs of consumers across the globe. Enabled by a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites, Starlink will provide fast, reliable internet to populations with little or no connectivity, including those in rural communities and places where existing services are too expensive or unreliable. We are looking for talented, creative, and driven engineers to drive tools and processes, from initial concept development to full-scale production. You will drive the relationship between engineering, development, and production teams and will interact regularly with senior leadership during critical design phases. The success of Starlink depends on the quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, throughput, security, and user experience of the products that you deliver.
As a Wastewater Engineer on the Starlink manufacturing program, you will take ownership for activating, qualifying, optimizing, and ensuring the consistency of operations for an ultrapure process water plant supporting our printed circuit board, silicon packaging, and solar cell manufacturing lines. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and operationalization of equipment, facilities, tooling, and manufacturing process technologies necessary for high-volume production. Your work will form the backbone for millions of next-generation devices used all over the world. For homes, schools, businesses, vehicles, planes, or boats, this team plays an instrumental role in ensuring high-speed connectivity is available to all who need it.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate extreme ownership in the construction, activation, and operation of a new commercial ultrapure process water treatment facility
Design, implement, and productionize mechanical and fluid systems that meet SpaceX and regulatory requirements
Interpret lab analysis, data streams, and operator feedback to effectively maintain safe and effective plant operations
Develop, implement, maintain, and improve operational procedures, methods, and process equipment
Form strong partnerships with internal and external counterparts, including but not limited to manufacturing operations and engineering, environment health and safety (EHS), facilities construction and maintenance teams, representatives of regulatory bodies, OEM equipment manufactures, and supplier representatives
Identify and champion continuous improvement projects
Develop project plans, budgets, and cost/benefit analysis for implementation of new processes or machines
Monitor and communicate area status and risks
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering, math, or science discipline
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or with fluids/mechanical/electromechanical design and analysis (internship or project team experience is applicable)
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
3+ years hands-on project experience in wastewater treatment
Experience with process parameters and engineering units for temperature, pressure, flow, and power
Ability to read and understand process PFDs, P&IDs, 2D and 3D CAD drawings, construction drawings, and BOMs
Experience with mechanical equipment and systems requiring the isolation of the malfunction, disassembly of industrial machinery, and repair/replacement of bearings, gears, structural components
Experience with lock out tag out, job hazard analysis, and hot work permitting
Experience applying lean manufacturing principles
Experience taking products from research and development into production

Able to work all shifts and available for weekends as needed

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides mid-level aerial installation functions that could include hand digging with a shovel, setting up traffic control, entry level equipment operations, placing fiber, climbing poles, loading materials, etc. on various safety sensitive utility construction sites
Proficient with utility print and map reading
Has performed at least 2 years of independent aerial cable placement and installation; knows all safety regulations with basic operating skills
Climbs utility poles and/or utilizes lift to place cable in adherence to print designs and maps
Supports the setup and shut down of utility construction projects including traffic control in various conditions including highways, side streets, parking lots, downtown locations, etc.
Safety is the expectation, always follows the required safety practices while performing safety sensitive duties
Trains alongside experience construction crews learning fiber installation, print reading, equipment operations, OSHA requirements, etc.
Loads and unloads materials and equipment in from vehicles at construction yards and jobsites
Acts as right hand to the Foreman, leads by example, ensures safety rules/regulations are followed, and can lead other's on jobsites
Performs OTJ training to with Foreman and/or Senior Foreman to grow and development technical and leadership skills

Wealth Management: Learn how professional financial planners serve customers to meet a variety of long-term financial goals and needs.
Professional Development: In addition to immersion in departments, interns will participate in workshops, social networking events, governmental and municipal council meetings, field trips, financial literacy, and community outreach activities.
The program also includes a capstone project, implemented as a weekly challenge, on the subject of mergers and acquisitions. Interns will be provided a weekly challenge project and will independently present their findings to our executive team and board of directors in weeks 3-8 of the program.
Program Goals:
By the end of the 8 week program, interns will be able to:
Understand the mission, purpose, culture, and critical role of a community bank.
Understand the organizational structure and interconnected functions of a community bank.
Build practical skills applicable in banking, such as analysis of balance sheets, income statements, peer comparisons, budgets, credit memorandum presentations, and other financial analysis.
Develop professional and mentorship relationships with banking professionals.
Gain insight into potential career paths within the community banking industry.
Requirements
Ideal Candidates:
The ideal program candidate is a motivated, relationship driven individual who is service and people oriented and pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field. Candidates should also have a demonstrated interest in leadership, and customer and community service.
Required Skills or Prerequisites:
· Demonstrated commitment and interest in serving one's community.
· Strong finance and accounting skills.
· Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities or internship/work experience.
· Strong oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Assessment:
