    Temporary Description The Experience: The FNB Bastrop Community Banking Intern Program offers college students and recent graduates a comprehensive, hands-on experience in the core functions and mission of a community bank. This immersive program is designed to provide participants with a broad understanding of how a community bank operates, supports customers and businesses, and contributes to the economic growth and stability of its community. Program Structure: Throughout the program, interns will gain exposure to key departments and functions. Each experience is guided by professional bankers who provide practical training, project assignments, and role-specific knowledge.
