The Irrigation Foreman is responsible for the install and maintenance projects. The foreman is responsible for completing these projects with great precision and business minded efficiency. Overseeing crews ranging in size from one to ten depending on the job type and size. Primary Functions Direct Activities on the job site, they include but are not limited to: Coordinating work flow, hands on work, and operating machinery. Manage personnel effectively and efficiently. Communicating production goals and other items with crew members, lead Gardners, and Customers. Train and promote the development of crew members in the best practices of installation and company standards. Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for the needed maintenance and installation. Track and record all job expenses, including but not exclusively hours and materials used.
