Project closeout- Prepares final as built-drawings, develops operation and maintenance manuals, establishes warranty dates, completes punch list items and collects final billings.

JOB SUMMARY: The ProjectManager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts-design, technical and administrative-to ensure the highest level of design outcomes, balancing accuracy, creativity and project performance. The ProjectManagermanages complex projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously, and maintains client satisfaction. In some cases, the ProjectManager is also acting as the Project Architect, managing and producing the drawing set.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to both The Johnson Studio and client guidelines and meet deadlines for each project.
Maintain knowledge of The Johnson Studio/Cooper Carry projects and resources.
Maintain base state registration and professional affiliations.
Serve as the primary client liaison
Actively manage client budgets, schedules and programs; internal project plans; project scope; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
Keep all stakeholders informed
Negotiate Consultant contracts as required.
Promote a collaborative team atmosphere.
Assist in development of the Firm's design standards.
Contribute as required to the overall quality and success of the project, studio and firm.
Actively participate in professional development and performance management of Staff.
Participate in weekly utilization meetings and design QC project meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Architect
Graduate of an accredited architectural program with Bachelor's level degree
Minimum of 10 years' professional architectural experience
Strong financial, budgeting and monitoring skills
Strong understanding of building systems and documentation, with an emphasis on interior architecture/interior design
Strong Construction Documentation skills
Proficient in software required to complete the project
Demonstrated skills in office and field construction administration
Demonstrated ability to lead teams of professionals to meet project objectives
Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
Strong presentation skills
Experience in Hospitality design
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position may supervise, Designers I & II, Architects and PA's. Responsibilities directly involving subordinates include: interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and aiding in problem resolution.

Education & Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related design discipline from an accredited program.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing healthcare facility projects including hospitals, medical office buildings, outpatient centers, or other healthcare environments.
Proven design and technicalleadership across multidisciplinary healthcare projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare planning principles, building systems coordination, and regulatory design standards.

Responsibilities: The HR ProjectManager will manage the resources, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects; middle to high levels of complexity. Projects may have internal and/or third party technology including SAP/SuccessFactors. The PM must plan and monitor project tasks, identify risks, identify issues, and drive resolution of issues. The PM will build project plan schedules by using projectmanagement tools, accounts/tracks resources, deliverables, milestones, and identifying critical paths. The PM will manage interdependencies with other HR and IT workstreams, resources, deliverables, and initiatives. PM will identify and manage scope creep while providing succinct and clear status presentations to all levels of management. The PM will facilitate and document workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Additional Responsibilities:
• Identify deliverables that are in and out of scope
