Position: Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Planner
The MRO Planner performs planning functions for the CIRCOR Corona Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) department. This role is responsible for organizing, coordinating, planning, and scheduling all MRO-related repairs and OEM warranty claims to ensure on-time delivery (OTD), efficient resource utilization, and compliance with FAA and company requirements.
The MRO Planner manages backlog, supports production efforts, ensures material availability, and contributes to planning and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput, performance, and delivery.
Principal Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and control the MRO production schedule and coordinate with purchasing department, stockroom, or MRO production team to ensure a controlled flow of approved material times to meet production and customer Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements.
* Determine material requirements for engineering and production schedules by updating Bill of materials (BOMs) per EVAL findings, engineering changes or CMMs revisions.
* Create, release, and monitor MRO work orders to ensure schedule attainment and work in process (WIP) tracking.
* Identify and resolve any MRO master data, scheduling, material issuance, BOM discrepancies or any other conflicts within work orders.
* Identify shortages and work with procurement, stockroom, OEM production and/or customer service representatives (CSRs) to ensure timely part availability or requests for relief to customer.
* Schedule scrap and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for review and disposition.
* Manage exchange processes and ensure exchange unit traceability; prepare and track exchange units to maintain inventory levels and avoid stockouts in the rotables pool.
* Create, track and oversee the build plan of exchange units to ensure they meet the schedule and quality standards. While also avoiding rotable pool stockouts or low inventory levels.
* Planning and coordination of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and OTO (Out Turn On-Time) requests to meet pull-in requests and expedite materials for such urgent orders induction and expedite processing.
* Coordinates and takes ownership of the induction, EVAL, processing, disposition, and ship back of any returned orders due to incorrect shipping address, billing address (nonregular MRO returns).
* Maintain accurate and timely communication with stakeholders regarding production schedule changes, material status, and OTD metrics.
* Schedule's product line within resource constraints, revenue requirements, and capacity planning.
* Plan and schedule project/production timeline's, forecasts and milestones using appropriate tools; prepare and present reports on schedule attainment and TAT performance.
* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations. Examples: schedule attainment and turnaround time (TAT) tracking.
* Proactively manage projects, identifies potential crises, and devise contingency plans that can affect cost and revenue for MRO mitigating risks to overall company plan.
* Recommends and leads process improvements for work in progress issues, material availability, and any potential future production problems.
* Work hands-on with MRO personal (engineers assigned, supervisor or technicians) to support, locate, move product or documentation across the facility to ensure rapid resolutions to production problems.
* Liaison with production team, program managers, and customer service team on an ongoing basis by resolving crisis, answering questions, and requesting actions or information from supporting departments to achieve TAT requirements.
* Participates in MRO planning meetings, continuous improvement projects, and team training.
* Coordinate with Master Scheduling department loading, measuring or reduction of any LTA and non-LTA customer forecasts for MRO parts, either at top assembly or component level in ERP/MRP.
* Ensure appropriate forecast and provision required parts for repairs and overhauls, identifying shortages and coordinating with procurement, stockroom, OEM production, and customer service representatives (CSRs) to ensure timely part availability, material coverage and forecast levels.
* Work with Master Scheduling (when required) to create and load "kits" in ERP/MRP system, for high-demand parts to improve turnaround time and stock level management.
* Create, print, and edit shippers if needed. Edit sales order notes in special circumstances or as required.
* Any other duties as directed and required.

* Work schedule will be aligned to overall MRO team regular working schedule to guarantee adequate planning coverage. May require some flexible hours to ensure meeting production schedules and a 14-day TAT (turnaround time).
Education & Experience
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Accounting, Materials, Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of planning experience within a manufacturing company, preferably in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station or aerospace manufacturing environment.
* APICS CPIM (Certification in Planning and Inventory Management) is preferred but will accept experience in lieu of certification.
* Must have experience working within a manufacturing environment using multiple MRP/ERP systems.
PAY RANGE: $73,000-$87,000.00 base salary. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Position Summary
The Principal Engineer supports the design effort of Fluid Controls and Actuation Products.
This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles to provide innovative technical solutions for New Product Development, and will require ongoing technical leadership, mentoring and guidance for all new and existing fluid control and actuation products.
Principal Activities
* Leads technical proposals by providing engineering deliverables such as: Technical Volumes, Compliance Matrices, Risk Registers and Work Breakdown Structures for a given proposal.
* Responsible for providing initial technical feasibility for all new fluid controls and actuation proposals.

* Provides training and training material for engineering team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

SCOPE
This position requires a strong background in Analysis with a background in Mechanical Engineering/Design of systems employing pneumatic, mechanical and electro-mechanical components/assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience in analysis of prototype mechanisms which may include linkages, levers, pneumatic devices, solenoid and motor operators. The candidate should have a broad background emphasizing work with mechanical devices and subsystems, preferably for use in military or commercial aviation. Knowledge of airborne weapon systems and/or weapon carriage equipment is strongly desirable.
Strong working knowledge in structural analysis by use of Finite Element Method and classical hand calculations must be demonstrated by the candidate. Design experience with CATIA and analysis experience with ANSYS is highly desirable. The candidate must be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor. A successful candidate will be able to show evidence of their capability to excel in performance tasks as an individual contributor/specialist with a minimum of oversight, and to function well as a member of a cross-functional team.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum BSME, BSAE and a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant analysis of new designs in a development environment, preferably for military or commercial aviation.
Knowledge of manufacture of mechanical components and assemblies with emphasis in complex electromechanical systems, or large structures.
Must be able to perform structural analysis by hand calculations and finite element methods.
Knowledge of aerospace materials properties and selection as well as processing including Heat Treat and Coatings for aerospace requirements required
Must be able to write engineering reports, typically to document analysis and test results
Evidence of accomplishment in self-documentation of work product through technical reports, test reports etc. a plus
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in creation of design concepts using hand sketches, and CAD tools
CAD experience in CATIA (preferred) or Pro-E is a plus
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses.
Prior assembly or shop experience is a plus.
Must be able to perform basic measurements and simple inspection processes
Must have experience with MIL-STD documents, reading and interpretation of ASME Y14.5
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is essential

SCOPE
This position requires a strong background in Aerospace manufacturing with a major emphasis on mechanical and electro-mechanical components and assemblies. This position requires extensive experience in manufacturing / machining of large complex metallic components, electromechanical components and CNC experience. The Tooling Design Engineer shall design tooling to reduce cost, process cycle time, and improve quality and delivery; implement continuous improvement to increase productivity.
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
This position entails designing, organizing, implementing and controlling activities related to tooling needs of Engineering and Operations. Tooling support for engineering and operations include new product development tools, tool inspection, production tool refurbishment and production tool improvements.
Must be flexible and be able to work in a fast paced environment in groups or individually.
Designs manufacturing tools, fixtures and jigs as required to ensure product designs with tight tolerances can be repeatedly manufactured. Analyzes part and assemby specifications and drawings to ensure tool design provides desired results. Develops tooling design concepts, executes tool designs and deploys tooling to aid in production processes and satisfies product build requirements. Manages tool design queue.
Creates complete tooling drawings that will be made in-house or through suppliers and checks designs for compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
Creates purchase requests and usage instructions for tooling and coordinates with suppliers and external resources needed in developing and implementing new tooling.
Evaluates and implements suggestions from manufacturing engineering, design engineering and production personnel in an effort to improve tooling, part handling, process controls and assembled part performance and tool life.
Experience: 15 years of Tool Design Engineering experience.
Bachelor's Degree in mechanical design or drafting or related concentration
Experience with Catia and Solidworks.
Must have previous knowledge of assembly fixture design practices and inspection fixture design criteria of ASME Y14.43.
Must be ablet to understand, interpret and create drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5.
Must have knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Aircraft/aerospace tooling and product development background is required.
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and use of machinery including Programming of NC machines
Knowledge in design of jigs and tooling used for assembly of the final product
