Position Summary
The Buyer is responsible for procuring raw materials, components, supplies, and services in sufficient quantities to provide for a 100% customer service level, while achieving the targeted Quality & Cost objectives. Primary focus is on procuring electrical and mechanical materials.

Process purchase requisitions, manage approved suppliers and issue purchase orders according to company procedures
Expedite supplier shipments; identify and resolve any potential delays while keeping all internal and external customers informed of any materials delays or problems
Assist in resolution of customs delays
Share responsibility of recording receipts and closing purchase orders
Assist in the resolution of invoicing discrepancies
Manage material costs, perform cost comparisons, and identify cost savings opportunities available

Education and Experience:

Pervious experience working with mechanical/electrical components is desired.

Primary Objective of Position:
The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of each project. They will be the main customer contact throughout the project from the proposal presentation to post-delivery support and will be required to develop and maintain good working relationships both with the customer and between the various departments. Foster strong customer relationships through good communication throughout the project lifecycle. Update the customer as required on project progress, scope, open issues, schedule, and technical issues.
Prepare and maintain the project budget based on the quotation, any Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and all customer Purchase Orders.
Prepare and maintain the project schedule - for both internal and customer use, including coordination of all CCI customer deliverables. Ensure that all project deliverables are complete and delivered as per schedule.
Assist department managers in manpower planning for their project(s).
Monitor and maintain the financial success of the project by tracking all material and labor costs throughout the project lifecycle and adjusting as required
Continually review scope of work for any possible risk items. Develop, initiate, and monitor any risk mitigation plans.
Continuously monitor all project resources to ensure the project remains on target from a cost, scope, schedule, and technical perspective.
Monitor the procurement process to ensure that materials are delivered as per current project schedule.
Schedule and manage all design reviews to ensure that the work is executed in a timely fashion and that the resultant designs meet scope, cost, and schedule requirements.
Provide regular job status reviews to management.
Senior Project Manager will handle a larger number of and more complex of projects.
Support the sales process for assigned accounts by interfacing with customers to clarify the RFQ, oversee the proposal development process, and present/sell the resulting proposal in coordination with Outside Sales.
Provide direction to the Applications Engineering group in developing proposals for assigned accounts, including defining the scope of effort and initial design concept.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline and or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant Project experience preferably in a test and development environment.

Primary Objective of Position:
The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of each project. They are the main customer contact throughout the project from the incoming order to post-delivery support and will be required to develop and maintain good working relationships both with the customer and between the various departments. Prepare and maintain the project budget based on the quotation, any Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and all customer Purchase Orders
Prepare and maintain the project schedule - for both internal and customer use, including coordination of all CCI customer deliverables. Ensure that all project deliverables are complete and delivered as per schedule
Assist department managers in manpower planning for their project(s)
Monitor and maintain the financial success of the project by tracking all material and labor costs throughout the project lifecycle and adjusting as required
Continually review scope of work for any possible risk items; develop, initiate, and monitor any risk mitigation plans
Continuously monitor all project resources to ensure the project remains on target from a cost, scope, schedule, and technical perspective
Monitor the procurement process to ensure that materials are delivered as per current project schedule
Schedule and manage all design reviews to ensure that the work is executed in a timely fashion and that the resultant designs meet scope, cost, and schedule requirements
Provide regular job status reviews to management

Position Summary
The Load and Wire Assembler is responsible for the loading and pre-assembling of test fixture plates for wire using manual tools with small interface pins and probes. This role ensures high-quality workmanship in the production of electronic assemblies.

What You'll Be Doing
Loads and pre-assembles fixture plates to get ready for wire using manual tools with small interface pins and probes, portable powered tools, or operating equipment as necessary to perform operations
Solders connections
Discusses concerns in diagrams or production order with supervisor or engineer to clarify loading and wiring discrepancies
Performs quality check of own work and any related rework, involving supervisor and/or engineering as necessary
Records all deviations and modifications from original design
Completes all checklists prior to delivering test fixture
Records time spent working on specific jobs
Maintains and cleans work area and keeps tools/equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
Performs additional duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisors and/or Managers.
