In the past he was Moderator (2007) of the State Representatives, Chairman (2007) of the Public Affairs Committee, Chairman (2006) of the State and Local Government Affairs Committee, Chairman (2005) of the Federal Government Affairs Committee, Chairman (2003) of the Capitol Club, Chairman (2003) of the Resolutions Committee and Multifamily Chairman (2001). Andrew was the founding Chairman of the Housing Credit Certification Board, responsible for credentialling tax credit compliance professionals.
