This position is a critical role supporting stakeholders for executing the strategy adopted by Cirrus for maintaining and enabling our operating locations. Specifically, this position will work with identified site stakeholders and the Cirrus facilities and real estate team in supporting the long-range office facility plan for the site, including workplace guidelines of interior space utilization, interiors furnishings and finishes, alignment to brand, IT, and IFM management. In addition, this position will work with these stakeholders to ensure the office facility space is achieving maximum efficiency by ensuring that employees are properly designated, we are keeping the right mix of desk/floating employees, the workplace design meets an employee-centric workplace experience and works with the Workplace Manager for annual space planning needs. As potential issues or problems arise works with workplace manager to develop solutions, such as allocation of resources, changing project scope, adding new projects, etc. Maintains current condition of interior office layouts at location and upholds that standard across the location. Works closely with both internal and external design groups to design/update our workplaces.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Supports vendor management and IFM contracts for a variety of facilities and workplace support services. i.e., Janitorial, Furniture, Signage by assigning out tickets, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and/or finding suppliers to support facilities needs at Cirrus locations.
Primary Contact for IFM compliance at site locations (Food service, Janitorial and supplies)
Conduct regular inspections of the workplace environment to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Partner with key stakeholders regarding facilities workplace services support
Partners with Manager and Facilities Designer regarding Furniture procurement - workstations, offices, breakrooms, ancillary seating, company store
Provides training on furniture within the office space to show teammates how to use the different pieces.
Partner with manager on coordination of common spaces- lobbies, conference rooms, social hubs, company store
Supporting local events by assisting with arranging setup of furniture or temporary shelters, additional support or clean up staff, or other facilities related items
Ownership of the space software to manage employee locations, coordinate personnel moves & new hire seating
Building Décorprocurement and management of art, plants, graphics
Employee Amenities management - including, but not limited to break/lunch areas, wellness rooms, and/or snack areas
Ensure signage and Branding adherence- interiors and exteriors
Digital Signage coordination & support in common facilities areas
Management of Contractor badging services
Space planning, including conference room setups for unusual events or needs
Supporting and promoting a positive and productive work environment for employees by providing excellent service as it pertains to workplace services.
General administration and scheduling duties within workplace services team, including corporate housing and invoices
Assisting Workplace Services Manager with project management initatives for existing facilities renovations

This role is based at our Facility 5 on our Duluth, MN campus.
Schedule
M-F; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Overtime as required based on production needs.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Leads the overall manufacturing development strategy for areas under ownership and ensures operations standards are being met for key metrics (safety, quality, delivery, waste reduction, and cost). Actively measures team's performance against these metrics.
Responsible for delivering clear and concise communication in a timely manner to supervisors and technicians. Communicates company vision and organizational goals and objectives to continually improve quality, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
Ensures all safety standards and policies are met. Conducts regular observations for safety compliance and corrects unsafe acts.
Ensures concurrent development of tool, process, and facilities planning in conjunction with design or rate change implementations.
Directs implementation and execution of Operations policies and practices.
Recommends and implements strategic changes in Operations strategy.
Establishes, develops, and maintains critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensures adequate communication and coordination standards within department areas. Status reporting as appropriate to maintain proper communications with other management.
Builds, develops and manages Operations team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee satisfaction.
Identification and implementation of training requirements and continuous improvement measures for all Operations personnel.
Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements.
Oversees the Operations budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
Ensures that all assigned work areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing plant and ensuring it meets production goals at minimal cost
Managing and delegating tasks to employees and providing leadership.
Monitors employee performance, regularly provides employee feedback, empower, mentors and coaches employees, delivers performance reviews, and assist employees in setting goals.
Designing and implementing plant procedures, safety protocols, and continuous improvement activities
Overseeing equipment maintenance, security, and protection
Collaborating with engineering teams and functional departments to improve products and processes
Participating in plant expansion, equipment planning, and conversion strategies

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 12 years of related experience with minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience or equivalent experience.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Logbook Review & Record Management
* Review aircraft logbooks and technical records to establish an accurate current maintenance status.
* Identify upcoming inspections, airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and life limited items.
* Maintain organized, accurate, and auditable maintenance documentation.
* Validate and update the aircraft configurations as necessary depending on added upgrades or accessories since original aircraft sale.
Maintenance Coordination
* Develop and track work scopes for inspections, repairs, and discrepancies.
* Coordinate with service centers, maintenance providers, and vendors to schedule work.
* Monitor progress of maintenance events to ensure timely completion.
* Validate all maintenance complies with FAA and OEM requirements for Cirrus Next eligibility.
Upgrades & Modifications
* Coordinate installation of upgrades under the Cirrus Next program.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and service center relationships for upgrade projects.
* Ensure all modifications are documented and reflected in aircraft records.
Project Management
* Act as primary point of contact for internal sales teams, service centers, and customers regarding maintenance status and upgrades.
* Create and manage project timelines for each aircraft in the Cirrus Next pipeline.
* Identify risks and proactively mitigate delays or cost overruns.
* Provide regular status updates.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Ensure aircraft meet the standards and requirements of the Cirrus Next program before delivery.
* Audit maintenance work orders and records for accuracy and completeness.
* Uphold FAA, OEM, and company compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications
