CIS Group Leadership

As CFO of both CIS & GLOOKAST, my responsibilities include oversight of all financial and administrative functions, including accounting, legal, human resources, manufacturing and logistics for both companies.

Today I bring to the table 30 years of business expertise, most of which was spent in the broadcast media industry. Both companies that I co-founded service this specific field, but with different specialties. More specifically, CIS is a value-added reseller and systems integrator, while GLOOKAST is a manufacturer of ingest and media movement solutions. Earlier in my career, I held several positions at companies such as GlaxoWellcome and Ampex, where I worked in business development, marketing and logistics, specifically for the Brazilian market.

I hold a degree in Business Administration from Bennett University in Rio de Janeiro.

Rania Said is a Chief Accountant at CIS Group Corp and is based in Lebanon. She has worked as International accounting manager & assistant Financial control at Patchi, Senior Accountant at Bassoul - Heneine, and Group controller & Chief accountant for Fleet Management (subsidiary) at Kurban Holding. Rania studied at Saint Joseph’s University between 1993 and 1997.
