Stressed and overburdened director taking frustrations out on the administrative staff. (in contract role) - but we worked it out.
Being able to work from home (or in the office). I have a lot of friends at that company from when I worked there previously for 20 years.
Great people with a large knowledge of modern marketing and how to best use tools that create valuable pipelines for making money.
Politics. Lots of people focussed on swinging elbows vs getting the work done.
Very Flexible work approach. They favor remote and distance work best practices since they own the Webex brand.

H1B Contractors are more valued than American Citizens. Contractors working for 15 plus years, and New Hire from College are laid off during company restructuring.
