Susan Aitcheson has been with CIT since 2005. As Accounting Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the organization. Susan began her accounting career as an auditor with the public accounting firm Pannell, Kerr, Forster, followed by working for Systemhouse, Inc. as Treasury Department Manager. Prior to joining CIT in 2005, she was a sole practitioner, providing public accounting services to a variety of clients, primarily non-profit organizations. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in Virginia. Susan is on the Board of Directors and serves as Treasurer of Legacy Farms. -

David has over 30 years experience in the fields of satellite and terrestrial communication, computing, and information science. He has been a principal in five startup companies in industries ranging from Nuclear Power to Digital Broadcast to analytic software for the Intelligence Community. As CTO for both CIT and the MACH37 Cybersecurity Accelerator, he has extensive experience envisioning the future of technology and building solutions to hasten that vision. As part of this activity he helps shape the innovation plans of numerous small companies spanning a wide range of technologies and industries. Mr. Ihrie has an M.S. in Business from MIT, specializing in the Management of Technological Innovation, and a B.S. from MIT in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science.
