Your Role:

Your Role:
As an Analyst in Asset Management will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Responsible for supporting a portfolio of 50-100 loans across 2-3 clients.
Conduct initial abstract of loan transactions and any and all amendments
Support New Loan Boarding with regards to any questions they may regarding initial setup
Ensure all transactions are received from Client and provided for recording in system or record, along with validation and follow up to ensure proper recording and set up of same

Your Role:
This is an analytical role that requires the team member to manage and oversee the processing and operations of both syndicated and private loans and to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. This role requires the team member to understand complex loan product types and different trading strategies across their clients' portfolios.
Manage daily operations of syndicated and/or private debt portfolios, including direct lending, middle market credit and real estate debt transactions
Ensure client deliverables are met timely and accurately
Oversee and monitor accurate processing of loan lifecycle activity
Manage a team of approximately 2-3 analysts/associates
Review credit agreements and other loan documentation to ensure proper setup and processing in the loan system
Maintain daily work-flow while adhering to set deadlines
Identify and investigate accrual, position, and cash breaks to Loan Servicers and Agents
Interact effectively with internal departments to resolve issues pertaining to loans
Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables
Contribute to implementation of procedural enhancements to improve daily tasks and reconciliation processes
