I was able to interact with customers and help them with their decisions of what they needed or wanted help with.

Pros of working at Citi Trends

Customers help being at work worth it, the management however, wasn't the best of guidance and not understanding when it came to life happening circumstances like tornadoes, and children.

The manager didn't train but fussed and criticized things for not being down correctly.
