The Service Rep 4 is an entry level position responsible for assisting with customer service inquiries and providing solutions based on client needs in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to analyze the best course of action to resolve client issues.
Responsibilities:
Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
Effectively use various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
Develop and maintain working knowledge of specific groups of Citi products and services
Analyze and identify potential risks and identify solutions that meet client needs
Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
Solve disputes and retain clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications:

This role will work closely with the ML entities that are supported by Tax Operations and will be responsible for updating entity service level agreements, communicating tax changes and reviewing entity data, completing complex requests submitted by Front Line Units via Service Request Portal and email, training of associates and contractors, procedure maintenance, providing quality service and effective operational support for internal business partners', research changes or new requirements for state and federal tax guidelines to mitigate risk and ensure accurate and timely reporting, become a subject matter expert of the Tax Information Expert System (TaxIES), complete yearly tax form testing and production validation and assisting management in any other duties as assigned.

The Engineering Lead Analyst, VP is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. Responsibilities:
Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts and serving as a development lead for most medium and large projects. Qualifications:
