There's entirely too much bureaucracy and process. To get anything done is mentally and emotionally draining and burn-out is swift.
Many companies do this but the back-up child care is really helpful when you're in a pinch and the baby is sick.
The people, Pay and benefits. Management was great, people are nice and peers are very approachable.
systems and processes don't and upper management is very disconnected from it. Someone is always placing the blame on someone else instead of trying to solve the problems.
