Job Description
Position Summary:
The Service Desk Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day IT Service Desk operations, ensuring timely and effective support for end users across a large, mission-critical enterprise environment. This position requires a seasoned IT professional with strong leadership, customer service, and technical skills to manage service delivery, ticket management systems, and team performance in alignment with ITIL best practices.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing large-scale help desk operations, implementing service management processes, and improving customer satisfaction through performance metrics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Service Desk operations and personnel, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
Oversee daily ticket workflows using ITIL-based processes within an enterprise-grade Service Desk management system (e.g., Ivanti HEAT, ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent).
Develop, document, and enforce Service Desk standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation protocols.
Monitor performance metrics (SLAs, response/resolution times, first-call resolution rate, customer satisfaction) and produce regular management reports.
Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to Service Desk staff to enhance technical proficiency and customer service.
Coordinate with Systems, Network, and Security teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure cross-functional communication.
Lead initiatives to improve service quality, streamline processes, and integrate automation where feasible.
Participate in change management and incident management processes to ensure compliance with DHS and organizational standards.
Collaborate with management and stakeholders to align Service Desk operations with enterprise IT goals and mission priorities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Service Desk escalations and critical incident coordination.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of detailed experience in Help Desk or Service Desk operations.
At least five (5) years of experience in general IT operations, support, or management services.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with industry-recognized Service Desk ticket management systems - Ivanti HEAT.
Strong understanding of ITIL service management frameworks, including incident, request, and change management.
Familiarity with desktop, network, and systems troubleshooting methodologies in a large enterprise environment.
Leadership:
Proven experience supervising Service Desk or IT support teams.
Ability to set priorities, delegate effectively, and ensure consistent adherence to SLAs.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as:
HDI Support Center Team Lead / Manager
ITIL Foundation or higher
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience implementing or improving ITIL-aligned Service Desk operations within a federal or large enterprise environment.
Working knowledge of enterprise asset management, configuration management databases (CMDB), and self-service portals.

Education:

Job Description
Position Summary:
The IT Service Desk Ticketing System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of the enterprise IT Service Desk management platform. This role ensures reliable and efficient operation of all Service Desk-related systems, including Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Voice Server, Ivanti Asset Manager, and Ivanti Change Manager.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in IT service management tools with a strong understanding of database architecture, data integrity, and ITIL-aligned service workflows. This position plays a key role in maintaining system performance, data accuracy, and user experience for enterprise-wide Service Desk operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the Ivanti Service Manager platform to support incident, problem, change, and asset management workflows.
Manage Ivanti Voice Server, Asset Manager, and Change Manager components to ensure seamless Service Desk operations.
Design, maintain, and optimize data schemas and database structures within the ticketing system to ensure consistency and referential integrity.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security controls to maintain compliance with DHS and organizational policies.
Troubleshoot system and data issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate upgrades, patches, and version migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, data structures, workflows, and administrative procedures.
Provide user support and training for Service Desk staff and system stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Certification or equivalent verifiable experience in the administration and management of Ivanti IT Service Desk system or similar enterprise ticketing systems.
Extensive experience designing and administering databases, including data schema and relationship modeling that ensures referential integrity.
Hands-on experience with Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Voice Server, Ivanti Asset Manager, and Ivanti Change Manager (required).
Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management processes (incident, change, problem, and asset management).
Ability to develop custom dashboards, forms, workflows, and reporting functions within a Service Management platform.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain or maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance (Secret preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Ivanti Certified Administrator or equivalent vendor certification.
Experience with SQL-based data analysis, report generation, or business intelligence tools.

Job Description
Overview:
Citizant is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services to join our team. This is an onsite position in Glynco, Georgia. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing scalable IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms, as well as a strong background in cloud and network security.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage scalable IT infrastructure solutions, including both on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms.
Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure by integrating best practices and technologies in cloud security, network security, and system management.
Perform routine infrastructure audits and provide recommendations for improvements in security and performance, aligning with industry standards and organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce IT infrastructure policies, ensuring compliance with security frameworks and optimizing system performance.
Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Provide expert guidance on the selection and implementation of advanced infrastructure technologies and tools to meet evolving business needs.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard organizational data and infrastructure.
Qualifications
Required Skillset:
7 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure and security engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex IT environments.
Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services.
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments, with hands-on experience in Azure and AWS security configurations.
Proficiency in automation tools and techniques for infrastructure management, such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues promptly.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite, cross-functional team environment, leading projects and initiatives that enhance infrastructure security and performance.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate
Optional Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
AWS Certified Security - Specialty
Education:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Clearance Requirement:
U.S. Citizenship is required to be considered
Active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one.
Salary Range:
Up to $185,000k per year (depending on experience)
