About the Role Citizen is entering a new phase of growth, expanding our product suite to help companies and colleges product their people and property. As our first Director of Sales, you'll lead this motion from the front: setting the go-to-market strategy, managing sales reps, personally closing and renewing large customers, shaping the product, and delivering exceptional results. Track record of leading engineering-driven teams through growth and complexity. High cognitive horsepower, with evidence of fast trajectory, creative problem solving, and intellectual curiosity. Experience with AI/ML integration a plus. Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership. NYC-based or willing to work regularly from our NYC HQ. Salary Range This role offers a base salary of $325,000 to $350,000 base plus variable comp potential and equity.
