The successful candidate will report to the Head of Treasury Risk Oversight working in coordination with Treasury teams. The incumbent will be responsible for performing risk management oversight through effective review and challenge, formal assessments, and continuous monitoring related to interest rate risk in the banking book activities. The incumbent should have basic knowledge of Net Interest Income (NII) and Economic Value of Equity (EVE) concepts. OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Behavioral Health Social Worker will utilize social work practices and theories to deliver compassionate and trauma informed group and individual level programming to guests of Rosie's Place who experience mental health needs, substance use disorder and who may not be otherwise connected to supportive services. This role focuses on facilitating groups, providing individual triage and stabilization services, implementing activities in the common spaces of our day center and engaging guests in behavioral health programs that promote social and emotional health. The Behavioral Health Social Worker will receive weekly clinical and administrative supervision from the Clinical Director, which includes supervision towards LICSW credentials. Access to CEU's to maintain license will be available. REQUIREMENTS Direct Care: Provide triage and stabilization assessment to guests experiencing acute moments related to mental illness, substance use, domestic violence, or trauma. Conduct one-on-one interventions to support guests in crisis, utilizing trauma-informed approaches and crisis intervention techniques in a dignified and respectful manner. Develop drop-in individual activities that help guests to develop social and emotional skills that will support development of positive self-regard, sense of self-efficacy and social awareness and emotional regulation. Develop psycho-educational group activities to enhance guests' capacity to manage daily life challenges. Assist guests in navigating and accessing longer-term mental health and social services through care coordination, advocacy and appropriate referrals to community resources. Provide short-term case management to guests as they access new services and establish care. Provide supported referrals to services and community resources as needed, which may include accompanying guests to offsite appointments.     The Operational Risk Management (ORM) Methodology Team is seeking an Operational Risk Management Analyst who will be responsible for assisting and supporting the planning, execution, and ongoing review of the Operational Risk Management Methodology Frameworks and driving change specifically related to Issue Management and Findings Management. Explore opportunities for ongoing enhancements and automation of Key Risk Indicators and reporting. + Produce commentary and analysis of Operational Risk Frameworks, assessing the Front-Line Units performance and adherence to methodology levering Key Risk Indicators and risk analytics for inclusion in Monthly Risk Committee Reporting and Quarterly Enterprise Risk Opinion. + Manage, support, and assist with both internal and external exams. Works closely with regulatory agencies and assists with regulatory exams. Ensure appropriate exam outcomes through exam management protocols. + Partner with the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC tool) team to update and maintain Risk Framework Modules with GRC to support ongoing processes enhancements and methodology updates.
