As a Citizens Private Client Relationship Manager (PCRM), you will engage directly with our affluent and high-net-worth clients to exceed their expectations by thinking long term, always doing the next right thing, and collaborating with other colleagues. PCRMs partner with Wealth Financial Advisors and Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), creating the Citizens Private Client team.
Primary responsibilities include
* Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients into a Book of Business through outbound calling and in-branch or partner introductions.
* Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances by executing comprehensive discovery and financial planning conversations, understanding a client's financial goals, and presenting personalized strategies aligned with each client's objectives.
* Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive outbound engagements based on life events, financial triggers, and other insights.
* Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences.
* Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners to help clients reach their financial goals.
* Partner with colleagues in other lines of business including Retail, Business Banking, Mortgage and Wealth to provide clients a seamless experience across Citizens.
* Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity.
Measures of Success include
* Growth in net new investment assets in collaboration with Wealth Partners.
* Growth in new deposits including checking, savings, and CD balances.
* Growth in lending units and balances through mortgages, home equity lines, and securities-based lending.
* Client satisfaction survey results.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
* Bachelor's degree (preferred).
* 3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or other relevant equivalent experience.
* Experience working with affluent and high net worth clients.
* Required Licenses: SIE, Series 6 (or 7) and Series 63 (or 66) licenses are required at the time of hire. Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses can be obtained within a specified timeline after hire.
* Demonstrated success in a client-centric, initiative-taking sales environment.
* Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners.
* Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements to ensure a sound control environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

An added duty of this role will be to cover for the landscape technicians in the case of scheduled or unscheduled absences. The incumbent will provide coordination and direction to a team of landscape technicians and external vendors and will assist in providing grounds keeping, building maintenance, along with maintaining equipment and tools.
Primary responsibilities include
* Lead landscaping team in daily tasks. Assist as needed for scheduled/unscheduled absences. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs. Assist Landscape Manager with coordination of deliveries.
* Train Landscape Technicians in equipment use, maintenance and daily tasks. Assist Landscape Manager in leading day-to-day grounds keeping operations of multiple retail banking and main office facilities. Assess work completed by colleagues and external vendors against safety and performance standards and work with the Landscape Manager and other stakeholders to handle necessary corrective actions.
* Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties as required. Assist in mowing lawns either by hand or using a riding lawnmower when needed to expedite work orders or cover for colleagues on PTO. Recommend specific plants, trees, grass, or other landscape features dependent on local site conditions and established Citizens standards.
* Landscape by planting, trimming, and maintaining flower beds, grass, shrubs, bushes, and small trees. Shovel snow from walkways and apply anti-skid as needed; Clean parking lots, sidewalks, and all exterior areas while performing routine grounds keeping.
* Perform spring and fall cleanups to remove excess debris, leaves, and trim landscaping. Install new hardscaping, river rock, fencing, signage, and other furnishings as required. Pressure wash building exterior and refresh parking lot painting as needed. Clean gutters and roof drains of debris.
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping. Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained and utilized in a safe manner consistent with established standards.
* Close out work orders upon completion via iPad or Computerized Maintenance Management System. Respond to emergency and non-emergency service requests and prioritize work order response. Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.

* 2 or more years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance
* Experience driving larger vehicles such as box trucks & pickup trucks with trailers

* Follow TRID guidelines when it comes to CD acknowledgement to ensure closing dates are not missed.
* Reconcile wire and make sure you balance with our Settlement Agent before sending funds
* Review all closing conditions, making sure all funding docs have been collected to issue funding authorization timely
* Meet or Exceed production requirement 40 loans min / month
* Meet or Exceed an average Quality performance 95% or better
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
* 3-5 years of Home Mortgage Closing Experience
* Knowledge of TRID
* Familiar with cost to cure when it comes to VCC (valid change circumstance)
* Office Experience 2-3 years of work experience in either an office or retail environment
* Banking or mortgage experience 2-3 years knowledge of DTI and LTV ratios with ability to decipher loan documentation and related reports and/or websites
* Customer Service 2-3 years' experience in oral and written communication with internal and external customers
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Time management and ability to meet deadlines is critical to this position
* Attention to detail and organizational skills are required
* Requires work in a fast pace environment with the ability to multitask
* High School or Equivalent (GED) Required

* Hours per Week: 40
* Schedule: Monday-Friday this role is hybrid in our Glen Allen office (4 days a week in the office)
