As a Citizens Private Client Relationship Manager (PCRM), you will engage directly with our affluent and high-net-worth clients to exceed their expectations by thinking long term, always doing the next right thing, and collaborating with other colleagues. PCRMs partner with Wealth Financial Advisors and Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), creating the Citizens Private Client team.
Primary responsibilities include
* Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients into a Book of Business through outbound calling and in-branch or partner introductions.
* Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances by executing comprehensive discovery and financial planning conversations, understanding a client's financial goals, and presenting personalized strategies aligned with each client's objectives.
* Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive outbound engagements based on life events, financial triggers, and other insights.
* Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences.
* Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners to help clients reach their financial goals.
* Partner with colleagues in other lines of business including Retail, Business Banking, Mortgage and Wealth to provide clients a seamless experience across Citizens.
* Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity.
Measures of Success include
* Growth in net new investment assets in collaboration with Wealth Partners.
* Growth in new deposits including checking, savings, and CD balances.
* Growth in lending units and balances through mortgages, home equity lines, and securities-based lending.
* Client satisfaction survey results.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
* Bachelor's degree (preferred).
* 3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or other relevant equivalent experience.
* Experience working with affluent and high net worth clients.
* Required Licenses: SIE, Series 6 (or 7), and Series 63 (or 66) licenses are required at time of hire. Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses can be obtained within a specified timeline after hire.
* Demonstrated success in a client-centric, initiative-taking sales environment.
* Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners.
* Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements to ensure a sound control environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Retail Banking Operations Records Management Coordinator Work with team that is responsible for overseeing Safe Deposit, Business Continuity, and Records Management. Position specifically pertains to the Records Management Coordinator (RMC) role as a single point of contact for the business line's management of their records and inventories. RMC collaborates with the Business Records Manager (BRM) in overseeing and maintaining the required records management activities and processes.
Partner with Corporate Records Management and assigned liaison to maintain a consistent working relationship and with Risk & Compliance to ensure consistency and compliance with CFG Records Management Policies and standards.Assists team with Safe Deposit and Business Continuity Planning duties when staffing needs are required. Travel will be required 25%+.
Position Description: Provide advice and guidance to assigned teams on their management of their records and their appropriate classification, storage, and destruction. This includes records in any format or medium, including emails, files held on personal or shared drives and data stored in systems. Act as back up to the BRM and with RMC peers, Corporate Records Management team and assigned Team Records Champions
Responsibilities
Records Classification, Inventory, Retention Schedule, Off-site Storage, Structure, Maintenance, Destruction Transferring Historical Records Appoint Champions Organizational Change and Risk
* Guide colleagues in identifying and classifying records to be processed as either High Risk or Secondary Records and which records are required to meet Legal, Regulatory and Operational requirements.
* Update the inventory to include all record types, including electronic, record and Information Security classifications per annual policy changes and at the time of major changes.
* Learn how the CFG Retention Schedule works to apply it to departmental records and process change requests for updates.
* Validate the existence of a central list of all records stored off-site including details of which team they belong to, their record type and record class code.
* Perform branch/office visits to ensure records are up to date and that all physical records are stored in conditions which will not cause them damage.
* Understand what a Destruction Hold Order (DHO) and Legal Holds in order to process in the event one is received.
* Complete annual destruction process to meet policy requirements to include High Risk Records destruction documentation.
* Ensure annual review is completed to certify current inventory of records.
* Delegate any tasks to assigned Champions, if applicable, but must take responsibility for overall policy compliance in their teams.
* Must complete the Policy training provided by the Corporate Records Management team and be responsible for ensuring their assigned Champions have received training.

The Floor Care Maintenance Tech role within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for floor maintenance, upholstery cleaning and temporary coverage for routine office cleaning and janitorial services within our Retail and back-office facilities.
In this role you will be provided a portfolio of sites where it will be your responsibility to complete floor maintenance duties that include stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of various floor types. Work orders will be issued for each location to complete twice yearly.
Primary responsibilities include
Floor maintenance cleaning of various types of flooring (VCT, Ceramic tile, carpet, wood, LVT, vinyl sheet goods, rubber tile, and other types at each facility).
Use of floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize flooring and upholstery (chairs, cubicle walls, and other soft fabric materials) and maintaining all floors and upholstery in the assigned facilities.
Executing normal cleaning tasks and special projects when required cleaning designated facility areas when Janitorial staff needs coverage to include: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.
Closing out work orders upon completion using Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone, iPad, or computer access at facilities, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools and materials in vehicles, and responsibility for maintaining bank supplied vehicle and electronics.
Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal Colleagues and external Customers.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Experience in Floor cleaning role, required.
Ability to provide normal cleaning tasks and special projects when required cleaning designated facility areas when Janitorial staff needs coverage to include, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
Proven customer service experience
Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing
Ability to travel as required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy

The role processes account service and maintenance request and delivers value-add service to account holders like new account opening and lending advice in compliance with our bank policies, guidelines, and procedures to effectively manage risk.

Manage risks associated with the commercial real estate appraisal and evaluation process for a given geographic market and/or assigned lending groups

Real estate risk identification, quantification and consulting (including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis) for the various commercial lending and credit functions throughout Citizens
