The Incentive System Support Analyst is a key member of the Sales Performance Management (SPM) Information Shared Services team. This position ensures accurate and efficient administration of incentive compensation processes, data integrity, and system functionality. The role involves technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and proactive collaboration with business partners to maintain and enhance SPM systems and processes.This role is an entry level position for the administration of the Varicent ICM and has potential for advancement to an ICM Administrator level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Management & Validation
* Perform daily data validation and troubleshoot file load errors.
* Engage business partners as needed, including managing help desk tickets.
* Execute manual data loads and perform checksum audits to ensure accuracy.
* Process Administration
* Administer and monitor established processes supporting incentive plan operations, including:
* Payee and hierarchy maintenance
* Plan eligibility and participation
* System extracts and reporting
* Field-facing administrative tools like plan acknowledgement, allocations and roster validations
* System & Initiative Support
* Support ICM team role in SPM initiatives, including data migration to the data lake.
* Maintain data dictionaries and manage new requests or changes to existing inputs.
* Conduct internal system audits and cleanup activities.
* Documentation & Compliance
* Create and maintain documentation for internal procedures, audit routines, and colleague readiness.
* Manage system access requests and perform regular User Entitlement Reviews.
* Testing & Issue Resolution
* Act as first-line contact for incoming questions and issues; manage ServiceNow tickets.
* Test configuration changes, workflows, templates, and forms to ensure system integrity.
* Collaboration
* Represent the team in partnership routines and cross-functional initiatives.
* Support quality assurance & internal audit testing
Required Skills & Experience:
* 1-3 years in business and data analysis, including requirements development and technical delivery.
* Strong understanding of databases and SQL.
* Knowledge of incentive plans and related administration processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).
* Ability to work independently, resolve issues, and escalate appropriately.
* Excellent follow-up and communication skills (oral and written).
* Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Ability to manage workload and incoming work with Agile methodologies (Kanban).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in financial services across customer-facing, leadership, or technical roles.
* 1-3 years of administrative experience with an incentive compensation management system, preferably Varicent.
Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required.
Role is FINRA associated.

Key Responsibilities
Encompass Jr. Administrator Responsibilities
Provide advanced help desk support and troubleshooting for the Encompass LOS, including issues involving users, workflows, integrations, and third-party vendors.
Assist with user support related to mortgage origination tasks and LOS operations with professionalism, urgency, and attention to compliance and software best practices.
Support Corporate Trainers and collaborate with Encompass administrators and developers on enhancements, automation, and system improvements.
Support, maintain, and troubleshoot vendor permissions and access (DU, LPA, FHA Connection, GUS, credit providers, etc.).
IT Help Desk Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support via phone, email, ticketing, and remote/in-person assistance.
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Active Directory & user accounts
Windows 10/11, computers, docks, peripherals
Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook
VPN connectivity, MFA resets, OKTA
VOIP solutions (RingCentral, Teams)
Networking basics: DHCP, DNS, IP addressing
SharePoint and OneDrive file access/permissions
Adobe Acrobat/Reader
Manage tickets, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
Perform new computer deployments, remote user setup support, and system upgrades.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 3 years mortgage industry experience, directly supporting mortgage users, systems, or workflows.
Minimum 2 years IT help desk experience (Level 1-2), including AD, Windows OS, networking basics, and Microsoft 365.
At least 3 years supporting Encompass LOS or other mortgage systems.
Ability to troubleshoot, research, and resolve both technical and LOS issues with urgency and professionalism.
Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred
Experience supporting Encompass administration, configurations, or automation.
Experience with OKTA SSO/MFA, Fortinet, Proofpoint, or CrowdStrike.

As a Technology Support II team member in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Your efforts in troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems support a seamless user experience and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of Issues Management cases. This requires you to conduct research, identify and coordinate work activity between stakeholders in a matrix organization and manage the lifecycle of the issue until resolved
Effectively communicate analysis of issues to internal and external stakeholders as directed
Builds and maintains strong relationships with Relationship Managers, Client Service Account Managements and Technology teams to identify process improvement opportunities
Ensures cases are resolved within established timelines for completion
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
Should have experience in a Customer or Client Facing related role
Experience with AWS Snowflake, AWS Splunk, Oracle Database and SQL query experience writing and modifying complex queries
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and time management skills
Excellent technical skills and business acumen related to data management and payments processing
Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on premises or public cloud
Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques
Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages or automation scripting
Experience with help desk ticketing systems
Ability to influence and lead technical conversations with other resolver groups as directed
Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques
Experience in Large Language Models (LLM) and Agentic AI
