Pros of working at Citizens Financial Group

The work schedule Mon-Fri the 8 hour shifts were flexible you could start work as early as 7:00am or as late as 10:00am

Cons of working at Citizens Financial Group

First, most of the work here should be automated not manual. This organization practices favoritism, bullying, racial jokes (that aren't even funny), unprofessional colleagues, managers, vice presidents and presidents. Most people are uneducated (no college courses or degree) and it shows when adversity arises. Your hard work doesn't go far only making friends with the right people. If you know how to maneuver through a crocked system and talk about people behind their back you'd go far. (This is specifically about the loan department in Johnston, RI). Citizens has the potential to be a great company if they vet and put the right people in position.

Citizens Financial Group benefits

Hiring within is common. If you work in a distasteful department, apply for a position in a different department.
