The CMP Patient Access Representative is responsible for verification and data entry of patient demographics, insurance eligibility, benefit verification, referrals, and authorizations. Calculates, communicates, and collects patient financial responsibility before, during, or after services are provided, as appropriate. Sets up pre-service payment plan agreements. Works rejected or errored claims as they pertain to patient demographics, insurance eligibility, referrals, and authorizations. Job Specific: Verify patient demographics and proper completion of all required patient registration forms, including accurate data entry into practice management system. (EF) Verify medical insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, including accurate data entry into the practice management system. (EF) Obtain insurance referrals and authorizations. Set-up payment plan agreements and send out financial assistance applications, as appropriate. Reviews and corrects any assigned claim rejections and edits as they relate to patient demographics, insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, and authorizations. Document all patient, insurance, or other communications in accordance with departmental policy. (EF) Organize, process, and complete the deposit protocol daily, including data entry into the general ledger. Sort, transport, and deliver mail and interdepartmental mail throughout the hospital campus. A Clinical Microbiologist performs routine and specialized clinical tests and specimen examinations to identify microorganisms within the microbiology department consistent with extent of training. The Group Fitness Instructor leads safe and effective group fitness and athletic performance/sport classes for participants in a variety of specialties and environments. To provide members an individual training program that fits the needs, wants, and desires of that member, based on their health history, test results, and fitness goal. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Job Specific: Design safe and effective 30 minute to 1 hour personal training programs for individual clients, adapting the strength training program to each person's specific needs and abilities. Provide individual supervision and reinforcement during members' training sessions. Promote Personal Training through personal example and member interaction. Offer personal training services throughout the day, evening and weekends as clients request. Stay current on fitness concepts and ideas.
