Position Description
We are looking for a highly effective NetSuite Support Specialist to join our NetSuite team remotely full-time. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to respond to and resolve support requests from clients and as needed, identify and route consulting/development requests to the appropriate team members. This candidate must have very strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, be capable of multitasking and managing projects, and have prior help-desk experience. This candidate will need to have balanced knowledge and abilities from both a functional and technical skill set as well as be comfortable training users.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to support requests within the contracted response time
Track and manage open cases to resolution within ticketing system
Troubleshoot issues in NetSuite and related products
Experience interacting with NetSuite Support
Gather client requirements and document functional specifications
Perform system testing and client end user training
Create / troubleshoot financial statements using NetSuite
Troubleshoot and support NetSuite applications and add-ons
Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget
Strong financial / accounting background

Qualifications
2-4+ years working with NetSuite in a support or consulting capacity

ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Partner in Audit specializing in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements for clients within the AEC group. You will leverage your financial acumen, industry knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective client communication, and staying abreast of industry trends and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage audit engagements for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) clients, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
Oversee and review audit work papers, financial statements, and related reports.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in financial matters.
Understand clients' business objectives and provide insights to improve financial performance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to audit teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Collaborate with other partners and managers to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA required.
Experience:
12+ years of extensive experience in auditing with a focus on Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) clients.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously.
