If you appreciate being worked into the ground this is the place for you.
This is a dog eat dog situation. There are huge egos a lack of capacity at every turn. A lack of DEI training, which for an organization operating in the CDFI space is incredibly unfortunate.
There isn't much to say. It's essentially a boys club.
Get a qualified HR team and a staffing plan.
They'll hire anyone... TBD if you make it through the first month
Too high. They pay exorbitant salaries for people who can't be found half the time.
This is a very big issue when it comes to Black employees. They have no desire to diversify nor are they interested in cultivating talent or providing diverse opinions.
This job filled me with anxiety.
