Jeffrey Brown (JB) was named chief executive officer of Ally Financial in February 2015 and also serves on its board of directors. He oversees all strategy and operations related to the company’s leading automotive financial services and direct banking franchises. Brown has deep financial services experience, having previously served in a variety of key leadership roles at Ally. Most recently, Brown was president and chief executive officer of Ally’s Dealer Financial Services business where he oversaw the company’s automotive finance, insurance and auto servicing operations. Brown received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Clemson University and an executive master’s degree in business from Queens University in Charlotte. He serves on the Trevillian Cabinet of the College of Business and Behavioral Sciences at Clemson University and serves on the Board of Trustees for Queens University in Charlotte.

Brian Thomas Moynihan (born October 9, 1959) is an American businessman and the Chairman and CEO of Bank of America. He joined the Board of Directors, following his promotion to President and CEO in 2010.

Damian served as a member of Citigroup’s Operating and Management Committees, and was the ranking business leader on the Global Anti-Money Laundering Council. His prior experience includes positions held at Banc of America Securities, Marakon Associates, Rostra Holdings and US Trust, which have equipped him with deep expertise in private equity, wealth management, and investment banking.
