Assists in the development and management of middle market relationships corporate clients with revenues typically greater than $200+ million in the Food & Beverage business segment in the Southeast Territory. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Supports the senior F&B coverage officer(s) in the identification and development of profitable relationships with prospective and existing customers consistent with the objectives of the bank * Proactively calls on prospective clients in the Southeast region to assist in the business development efforts of senior F&B coverage officer(s) * Maintains an active database of prospective clients and updates internal CRM tools as appropriate * Develops a network of Centers of Influence (CoIs) to assist in business development efforts * Conducts client profitability analysis utilizing bank CRM tools * Under the direction of the senior F&B coverage officer(s), creates internal credit screening memos and external client-facing materials * Attends and participates in prospective / existing client meetings at the request of the senior F&B coverage officer(s) * Responds timely to existing customer inquiries and requests, coordinating with the senior F&B coverage officer(s) and other bank colleagues as needed * Assists in due diligence, KYC and client onboarding processes * Conducts industry research and attends various industry tradeshows * Maintains awareness of competitive products, practices, rates and changes in market conditions * Completes all required training in a timely manner * Participates in internal and external community activities as a representative of CNB, promoting and attracting new colleagues and customers * Interfaces with other Bank departments as necessary. Defines responsibilities and coordinates objectives for all product areas in a relationship or transaction. Resolves all client needs and any internal issues. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Risk Management/Compliance * Within authority, perform deposit operations-related activities within the department. Review and process deposits. Approve checks for cashing. Process deposit fee reversals. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account activity by reviewing various reports and systems.
