The Project Controls team within LCRA's Project Management Office is seeking a BusinessAnalyst to support the growth of projects within our portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to support a rapidly growing portion of LCRA's business by using project financial and schedule data to shape the way we communicate to customers and how we use their data. You qualify with:
- Six or more years of experience in developing and documenting business requirements and serving as a liaison between business partners & IT or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in business, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

The Texas Medicaid and CHIP Services (MCS) department is seeking a highly qualified Information Technology BusinessAnalyst III (BA) to join the Encounters and File Support team within the MCS Business Automation Support unit. The position reports to the Manager of Encounters and File Support and performs highly complex (senior-level) business analysis activities that support the Texas Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), with a primary focus on oversight, evaluation, and improvement of encounter and file submissions from Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and Dental Maintenance Organizations (DMOs).
The Encounters and File Support team manages all technical activities related to encounter submissions, ensuring that encounter data received from MCOs and DMOs is complete, timely, and compliant with state and federal submission requirements. The BusinessAnalyst II is a journey-level position that provides IT support for the Pharmacy Rebates and Business Analysis (PRBA) section of the Vendor Drug Program (VDP) within Medicaid-CHIP Services (MCS) at Texas Health and Human Services.

The Medicaid and CHIP Services (MCS) department seeks a qualified technical candidate to fill the position of BusinessAnalyst (BA) IV for the Long-Term Care Products (LTCP) unit.
This position reports to the Manager of the LTCP unit within the Operations Management division. The position will serve as the technical Chief Product Owner (CPO) supporting long-term care applications such as the Claims Management System (CMS), Long-Term Care Online Portal (LTCOP), and other internal and external facing systems.
