Ed Callery is a Chief Technology Officer for City of Campbell at City of Campbell and is based in Campbell, Ohio.

As a law enforcement executive for over 20 years, I have a passion for leadership and a track record for developing extraordinary teams. I place an emphasis on mentorship, coaching, and development in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. I’m a resilient self-starter who is flexible, open-minded, and eager to help others.

I have an insatiable drive to solve problems through innovation and collaboration. Being in the heart of the Silicon Valley, I have sought out opportunities to utilize technology in law enforcement. This has resulted in the development of innovative and data-driven strategies such as Campbell PD’s first smart app, an online surveillance camera registry, and a GPS “bait” program that has received national media attention.

Being a member of the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force and a graduate of the FBI National Academy, I have an extensive network of local and federal law enforcement executives. Working on the Super Bowl 50 Executive Steering Committee gave me the opportunity to work cross-functionally and build partnerships with dozens of public and private sector organizations.

Suzanne Gibino is a CSO at City of Campbell and is based in San Jose, California. She has worked as Medically Retired at City of Campbell. Suzanne studied at SJSU.
