This position will operate under the supervision of the Recreation Supervisor and assists them with programming. Work involves planning and prepping for community programs, gathering supplies, promote programs, and improve program quality through evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Create & implement high-quality community programs, camps, and classes. Preschool Programs: Indoor Play Park, Arts & Crafts, Log Cabin Storytime, etc. Youth Programs: Camps, After-school activities, birding hikes, etc. Adult Programs: Painting, Puzzlooza, Escape Room, etc. Other programs and events as needed. Qualifications: Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Leisure Services, Facility Management, Public Administration, Education, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in professional recreation work, including programming and coordinating recreational activities.
