The people and residents of Hazelwood are good people.

Hazelwood tries to pay like a big municipality even running themselves into bankruptcy, lol

Again, the nice people of Hazelwood

What do you like best about City of Hazelwood's CEO and the leadership team?

All of the leadership there are white and mostly white racist men. Despite Hazelwood being half African American they have no Black people at all whatsoever in any managerial positions anywhere throughout the whole City, b/c the white racist people in charge only want people who look and act like them.

How would you improve City of Hazelwood's culture?

A Diversity Team needs to come in there and make some changes and make the white people in charge hire more minorities to reflect the diversity of The City Of Hazelwood

How does your compensation at City of Hazelwood compare to the industry average?

Good

What's the diversity at City of Hazelwood like?

All white men and white people run Hazelwood. There is no diversity and no minorities in any managerial positions at all whatsoever. The racism throughout upper management is sickening and needs to be addressed.
