POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS).
Develop APQP documents and support processes consistent with AIAG core tools and standards.
Manage the internal auditing processes to ensure adherence to company systems and procedures.
Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate, facilitate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality i.e., defects, process failures etc.
Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical quality.
Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of services.
Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
Responsible for the timely and accurate disposition of all non-conforming material.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial) is highly preferred.
Must have experience in a high-volume manufacturing or service provider. Tier 1 automotive experience to General Motors is required.
Just-In-Time (J.I.T.) and/or Just-In-Sequence (J.I.S.) experience is essential.
Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain Model (i.e., Parts Sequencing, Sub-Assembly, Cross Docking, Operation Management, Logistics, Warehousing, and Material Handling).
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TS is required. Knowledge of ISO 14001, IMDS and MMOG/LE is desirable.
5+ years of Quality Management experience.
Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools; APQP/ FMEA / SPC/ PPAP / MSA
Experience with process flow diagrams, control plans, root cause analysis, and work instructions.
Continuous Quality Improvement mindset.
Strong customer interfacing skills.
Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**How you create impact**
The Healthcare Operations Manager will support the Site General Manager with ongoing GXP regulatory compliance activities including regulatory submissions, branch assistance, license acquisition and maintenance, training and database management. The normal operating hours are M-F 8A- 5P. However, we are looking for a leader who is flexible and can manage multiple shifts. The Leader must have experience in a Pharma/Cold Chain environment. This position reports to the Site General Manager.
+ Provides day-to-day tactical direction and guidance to Supervisor(s) and warehouse associates for daily workloads.
+ Creates and validates training of associates according to SOPs and performs observations as needed.
+ Completes advanced and complicated tasks requiring considerable judgment, problem resolution, independent analysis and decision making while following procedures.
+ Responsible for managing the daily labor, work schedules and daily attendance of employees in UKG.
+ Manages a pre-defined (KPI) Key Performance IndicatorDashboard to be shared monthly with key stakeholders within Kuehne+Nagel.
+ Analysis of potential process/cost improvements and rollout of the agreed next steps.
+ Establishes a clear communication channel between Customer and Kuehne+Nagel to streamline interactions.
+ Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and FDA regulations.
+ Supports the development and execution of the company's Pharmaceutical/Healthcare strategy.
+ Actively pursues continuous improvement in a team environment while contributing positively to providing total customer satisfaction.
+ Prepares & Lead BRM (Business Review Meeting)/QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with Operational KPIs and presents to customer and business stakeholders.
+ Aligns future customer needs/requirements with possible travels to customers site.
+ Maintains cooperation with key Customer contacts to achieve mutually defined goals.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Must have 3+ years' experience with Contract Logistics Healthcare (regulations, quality standards, and liability)
+ Must have 5+ years' experience using Blue Yonder WMS system
+ Must have 3+ years' experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Distribution Centre / Pharma Cold Chain Warehouse environment.
+ Must have 3+ years' management experience in high volume, fast paced distribution center / warehouse environment.
+ Must have knowledge of technical processes related to standard warehouse equipment and applications such as racking, WMS systems and Material Handling Equipment.

You will be responsible to optimize operations in the Contract Logistics Team with focus on quality, workflow and efficiency. Lead the team for KN to be the most respected Frieght Forwarding & Logistics group in the market. Ensure the team delivers high quality services according to the Client's contract, SOP's and support consistent and profitable growth in the team department. From the Contract Logistics Team perspective plan, organize and coordinate the organization resources on a daily basis to meet client requirements and maximize operating revenue. The position has an operational responsibility to ensure day-to-day operations are performed in line with QSHE regulations, routines and procedures, and in compliance with KN guidelines and Code of Conduct.

* Operational reporting and documentation according to SOP, routines and regulations.
* In cooperation with Warehouse Manager lead or coordinate continuous improvements projects in the team. Ensure optimal cooperation between operation, sales and product organization.
* To lead and administrate the team operations in accordance with QSHE regulations, routines and processes. Ensure that all leaders, departments and employees at the branch organization have the required information, knowledge and skills to perform their job accordingly to QSHE policies.
* Proactively implement and improve the operations in accordance with existing and new QSHE targets, regulations and routines.
* Contact person for employees. Receive and provide relevant information upwards and downwards.
What we would like you to bring
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Contract Logistics/ Warehouse Leadership.
