Ability to demonstrate the following strokes: Freestyle (front crawl) Backstroke (back crawl) Breaststroke Butterfly (with minimal proficiency) Side stroke Starting rate of pay is $16.50 per hour with annual raises. Environmental and Physical Factors: Work is performed in and around aquatic facilities with frequent exposure to sun, wind, heat, humidity, weather conditions, and noise typical of a pool environment. Duties require standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, reaching with hands and arms, occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, have good manual dexterity, body flexibility, multi-limb coordination, and visual acuity.
