Benefits.
No feedback on job performance even when management was asked. Poor training. Boss yelled at employees in front of staff. Bosses don’t seem to know what they’re doing overall.

Nothing in my department.
Hire managers with actual experience. Do not have contradictory trainings where you’re told how to do things differently by different people. Have bosses actually give feedback that will help their employees rather than setting them up for success. Bosses should deal with the clicks in the office.

I am not sure because I have never worked for any other City before.
It seemed like there was diversity but I really actually didn’t pay very much attention to that because I was focused on doing my own job.
Leaving at the end of the day, weekends, holidays, basically any time I do not have to be there. The culture sucked!
