Pros of working at City of Monroe

I like how much flexibility they give you and how many opportunities for advancement are available. I also just like the people I work with and the patrons that come.

Cons of working at City of Monroe

I don't like the fact that we have a cap on how many hours we can work because they can't afford to pay all of us for more than 1000 hours each year.

City of Monroe benefits

I like the fact that I'm First Aid, AED, & deep water rescue certified.
