Key Responsibilities Lead and manage maintenance and operations for all City-owned buildings and facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and optimal functionality. Oversee facility improvement projects, including design, construction, and renovation; serve as project manager when needed. Collaborate with internal departments-Engineering, Building, and Public Works-to align maintenance priorities and support capital projects.
