I am a passionate local government professional with 20 years of demonstrated experience in all major facets of municipal management: finance/budget, policy analysis, economic development, public safety, streets and sanitation, systems/process improvement, capital projects planning and management, interagency collaboration, contract negotiation, citizen engagement, and coaching/team building. My professional and educational experiences have shaped me into a collaborative manager who is focused on problem solving, consensus building, customer service, and achieving results. I leverage the contributions of my staff by fostering a positive work environment, igniting passions, promoting integrity, and celebrating accomplishments. My education includes a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) focused in local government from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I am a Certified Government Finance Officer as designated by Government Finance Officers Association of Texas (GFOAT).

Chad Randall is an Assistant Chief Of Police at City of Pearland and is based in Pearland, Texas. He has worked as Community Representative at Pearland ISD, Director of Region 2 at Texas Municipal Police Association, and President/Vice President at Pearland Police Officer's Association. Chad works or has worked as Parent Representative at Pearland ISD; Committee Chair, Past Den Leader at Cub Scout Pack 468, BSA, Bay Area Council, Northern Star District; and Police Captain at Dennis M. Slate Attorney at Law. He studied at Sam Houston State University between 2013 and 2017, University of Houston between 1994 and 2002, and TEXAS WOMAN'S UNIVERSITY between 2009 and 2012.

Dawn Moore is a Chief of Police Secretary at City of Pearland and Owner at Dawn'S Designs and is based in Pearland, Texas.

Mark Campise is an Adjunct Instructor at San Jacinto College, Assistant Chief at Pearland Fire Dept, and Battalion Chief / Shift Commander at City of Pearland and is based in Pasadena, Texas. He has worked as Part time Firefighter at Channelview Fire Department and Adjunct Instructor at Wharton County Jr College. Mark studied at Sam Houston State University between 1998 and 2002.
