The Senior Executive Consultant, working closely with the other Senior Executive Consultant, is responsible for providing expertise on PSPRS financial processes and has responsibility for leading large complex financial projects that may involve interacting directly with PSPRS employers. Additionally, this position acts as a technical expert and advisor, both internally and externally, in areas such as actuarial valuations, debt financing, and section 115 trusts and routinely represents the agency in meetings with stakeholders providing guidance and direction on issues related to pension liabilities and funding.
