Good benefits. Union protected. Busy interactions with public. Received my full pay during covid shut down. Able to take care of my family and not worry about bills.
The ability to work freely and have the support needed when issues arise.
I do not like that there is a cap on salary for my department.
To have off the weekend is my favorite perk.
