No pros because of the blatant favoritism!
Favoritism, nepotism, corruption, mistreatment, management disloyalty & dishonesty… the list goes on and on!
Working with the public and being of assistance to them!
I think the residents finally opened their eyes by electing a NEW mayor!! I hope Mayor Kevin Coleman can improve my perspective of the City’s culture.
I like that there is a new mayor in office (Mayor Kevin Coleman) and he is making the necessary changes to ensure the residents needs are first priority! Thank you, Mayor Coleman!!
I prepared by being myself and believing I was the right fit for the role.
My compensation at the time was below average.
There wasn’t much diversity and those from diverse backgrounds/ethnicities seemed to be the first terminated or blamed for poor performance.
