Reviews and recommends changes to department policies and associated control documents to maintain the integrity of departmental processes. Revises policies and control documents, as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum two-year Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred) in a business related field with three years of relevant work experience in a business setting, or a high school education with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a business setting. Prior Customer Service experience required, with proven success in building and maintaining positive working relationships. Experience working with computer systems with proficient use of database and other office system programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong oral and written communication skills a must, as are attention to detail and organizational skills. This position is located in Cary, NC with hybrid remote-working privileges.
