Teresa is the driving force at Citywide Home Loans and has an extensive background in all aspects of the mortgage industry. Since joining Citywide in December 2009, she has been instrumental in leading the organization and directing the significant growth of the company. Her vision and leadership will assure success as Citywide continues to grow in the future.

Teresa is a founding member, and the Secretary/Treasurer, of the Utah Mortgage Bankers Association. She served as member of the CFPB panel on the impact of Dodd-Frank mandated increased HMDA data collection and reporting. She is currently the Vice Chair of the MBA State Legislative and Regulatory Committee as well as the mortgage expert on Fresh Living which airs on KUTV Channel 2 in Salt Lake City.

Pam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in finance and accounting as it relates to mortgage banking. She has been in the mortgage industry since graduating from the University of California, Irvine in the 1980’s and was on the accounting team that took Plaza Home Mortgage public in the 1990’s. She spent 11 years in the Assurance and Advisory department of Deloitte & Touche specializing in financial services. Recently, she has held senior leadership and executive positions at W.J. Bradley Mortgage, Aurora Loan Services, Home American Mortgage (captive mortgage company for Richmond American Homes). She is known for her hands on approach to developing sophisticated financial forecast models, strategic plans and budgets. She has also designed and led successful implementations of internal control processes and procedures. She is an active Certified Public Accountant.
