Timmons Group is currently seeking Civil Project Engineers at various levels to join our Land Development groups in our Ellicott City, MD office location. Projects range from multi-family and mixed-use developments, market rate apartment communities, large scale industrial and distribution projects, residential neighborhood design to public land development projects like schools, jails, fire stations and parks. We assist our clients with zoning entitlements, civil site plan approvals, and construction administration support.
