Job Description Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) is seeking a highly capable Civil Engineer with an active Top Secret (TS) clearance to support mission-critical requirements associated with ongoing and future construction activities at protected sites throughout the National Capital Region (NCR). This position, contingent upon contract award, requires close coordination with active construction projects to meet critical deadlines, address logistical and funding challenges, and minimize operational disruptions.
