Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Dedication to learning applicable regulatory rules and guidance as well as company policies and procedures. Collaborate with current engineering staff in the interpretation of engineering data, conduct engineering analyses, and perform calculations and modeling utilizing appropriate software packages. Assistance in implementing remedial actions designed by professional engineering staff. Assist with the preparation of civil engineering designs, calculations, and technical documents Support site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design tasks Assist with data collection, field observations, and site inspections as needed Prepare and revise drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D) Perform basic engineering calculations and quantity take-offs Assist with reports, specifications, and cost estimates Coordinate with project team members to support project schedules and deliverables Review plans and documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standards Maintain organized project files and documentation Follow company safety policies and procedures Basic Qualifications: Attending an accredited educational institution pursuing a degree in Civil or Engineering or closely related field. Preference is for candidate to have completed their Junior year in college with expected graduation in 2026. Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills Must be a self-starter, excel in time management, and work well under pressure. Must be available to work in various settings such as in an office or remotely in the field, depending on project needs. Ability to complete 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and wear proper personal protective equipment for work on hazardous waste sites. Lifting and physical work will be required. Must be at least 18 years of age with a clean driving record.
