**Qualifications**
+ 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience
+ Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months)

Meeting Management: Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes for weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and internal team meetings.
Project Management Support
Procurement: Assist in the buyout process, scoping subcontractor bids, and tracking material lead times to ensure materials arrive on site when needed.
Financials: Assist the Project Manager with monthly pay applications, change order pricing, and invoice coding.
Closeout: Lead the closeout process by collecting warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings to deliver a complete turnover package to the client.
Field Support & Quality Control
Site Presence: Regularly walk the site with the Superintendent to track progress, document safety observations, and understand the sequence of work.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, CivilEngineering, Architecture, or related field is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project) and PDF editing software (Bluebeam Revu). Familiarity with construction management software (Procore) is a major plus.

Civil engineer job in Kings Bay Base, GA
Collects, analyzes, interprets, and develops specialized information about equipment. Provides such information together with advisory service to those who design, test, produce, procure, supply, operate, repair, or dispose of equipment, and/or develops, installs, inspects, or revises equipment maintenance programs and techniques based on a practical knowledge of the equipment, including its design, production, operational, and maintenance requirements. Applies an intensive, practical knowledge of the characteristics, properties, and uses of equipment of the type gained from technical training, education, and experience in such functions as repairing, overhauling, maintaining, constructing, or inspecting equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School graduate or equivalent.
* Experience as a 3-M coordinator or equivalent.
* CRT workstation experience.
* Two years maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades.
* Must possess a valid state driver's license
* Must have and wear hard-toed safety shoes which meet ASTM F2413-05 standards
* Successful candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must continually meet eligibility requirements for access to all areas of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay.
