CIVIL ENGINEER III - T&D CLASSIFICATION TITLE: CIVIL ENGINEER III - TRANSPORTATION AND DEVELOPMENT PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION Performs professional engineering, technical, supervisory, and administrative duties for the County's Transportation and Development Department.
