You'll play a key role in all aspects of civil engineering for new residential and commercial developments. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive civil engineering services, from design to construction, for new housing developments. Conduct field investigations and feasibility studies for potential project sites. Design and manage infrastructure projects, including utilities, grading, drainage, and more. Develop detailed plans, specifications, cost estimates, and manage project documents. Lead the preparation of proposals, schedules, and invoices. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Oversee field crews and CAD drafters to maintain project quality and efficiency. Required Qualifications: Licensed PE (Professional Engineer) in the state of Missouri. 2+ years of civil engineering experience, with a preference for 5+ years in new residential construction.
