What responsibilities will I have in this role? (including but are not limited to): As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team focused on evaluating and designing structural systems that support power-generating facilities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1-3 years of experience) who are ready to grow their technical skills, take on meaningful challenges, and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects. In this position, you'll work alongside engineers from multiple disciplines, gaining valuable insight into how civil and structural design integrates with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. You'll manage your own assignments with minimal oversight-balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality-while producing accurate, code-compliant engineering documents such as drawings, calculations, and technical evaluations. You'll stay current with industry codes, standards, and safety practices, particularly those relevant to the nuclear sector, and apply that knowledge to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions. Your work will align with both client expectations and ENERCON's rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
