Manage project pay estimates, contract modifications, work orders, and supporting documentation. Review and validate work produced by the project oversight team in the field and office. Provide technical leadership for complex assignments and mentor junior staff. Interpret and apply contract documents to address unforeseen project challenges. Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Communicate effectively with internal teams, local agencies, and the general public. Advise clients on project status, issues, and solutions. Review and respond to contractor correspondence and claims. Track and manage project budgets, ensuring timely communication of any financial concerns. Contribute to business development efforts and support company growth initiatives.
